Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 6 - American Lithium Minerals Inc. said it took in $1 million in a private placement of units.
The company sold 740,740 units at $1.35 apiece. Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant. Each warrant will be exercisable at $1.50 for two years.
Fort Lauderdale, Fla.'s American Lithium Minerals is investigating acquisitions in the resource and non-resource sectors.
