Infineon to buy convertibles, exchangeables in €150 million Dutch auction tender offer

Chicago, May 5 - Infineon Technologies AG said it plans to use up to €150 million to purchase the outstanding convertible notes of Infineon Technologies Holding BV and the outstanding exchangeable notes of Infineon Technologies Investment BV.

Infineon will determine the purchase prices under a modified Dutch auction process, with the maximum purchase price for the notes at 75% of par.

The company is a Neubiberg, Germany-based semiconductor company.
