New Issue: UBS prices $5.48 million contingent income autocalls on three SPDR ETFs

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, March 3 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $5.48 million of contingent income autocallable securities due Feb. 28, 2025 linked to the performance of the Energy Select Sector SPDR Fund, the Financial Select Sector SPDR Fund and the Industrial Select Sector SPDR Fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 9.25% if each ETF closes at or above its 60% coupon barrier on the corresponding observation date.

The notes will be called at par of $10 plus the contingent coupon if all ETFs close at or above their respective initial share price on any quarterly determination date.

If all ETFs finish at or above their respective downside threshold level, 60% of initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the final coupon. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the worst performer from its initial level.

UBS Securities LLC is the agent and Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is the dealer.
