Tupelo, Miss., Nov. 18 – American Honda Finance Corp. priced $600 million of 1.95% medium-term notes due May 20, 2022 (A2/A) on Monday at 99.966 to yield 1.964%, or a spread of Treasuries plus 37 basis points, according to a market source and an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Initial price talk was in the Treasuries plus 50 bps area.
Barclays, BNP Paribas Securities Corp. and BofA Securities, Inc. were the bookrunners.
American Honda Finance is a Torrance, Calif.-based financing arm of American Honda Motor Co.
