Columbus, Ohio, May 23 – American Honda Finance Corp. priced $750 million of 5% two-year medium-term notes (A3/A-) on Tuesday at 99.931 to yield 5.037%, or a spread of 70 basis points over Treasuries, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Mizuho Securities USA LLC were the bookrunners.
American Honda Finance is a Torrance, Calif.-based financing arm of American Honda Motor Co.
