New Issue: American Honda Finance sells $750 million 2% notes due 2028 at 70 bps spread

Columbus, Ohio, March 22 – American Honda Finance Corp. priced $750 million of 2% seven-year medium-term notes (A3/A-) on Monday at 99.831 to yield 2.026%, or a spread of Treasuries plus 70 basis points, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
BofA Securities, Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, MUFG and TD Securities (USA) LLC were the bookrunners.
American Honda Finance is a Torrance, Calif.-based financing arm of American Honda Motor Co.
