New Issue: American Honda prices $550 million 0.4% notes due 2022 at Treasuries plus 27 bps

Tupelo, Miss., Oct. 19 – American Honda Finance Corp. priced $550 million of 0.4% medium-term notes due Jan. 21, 2022 (A3/A-) on Monday at a spread of Treasuries plus 27 basis points, according to an informed source.
Initial guidance was at the Treasuries plus 45 bps area.
BofA Securities, Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC were the bookrunners.
American Honda Finance is a Torrance, Calif.-based financing arm of American Honda Motor Co.
