Financial Edge to discuss Indiana Community Bancorp's operations with management

Charlotte, N.C., Aug. 4 - Investors led by Financial Edge Fund, LP said they will ask Indiana Community Bancorp's management about the company's operating and strategic plans for maximizing the performance and value of the company.

Indiana Community's stock price declined by 53% in the past year and by 44% since Dec. 31, the investors said in a schedule 13D filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

On July 29, the common stock was trading at $12.50, or 64% of the company's June 30 tangible book value of $19.51, Financial Edge Fund noted.

Financial Edge Fund beneficially owns 317,877 shares, or 9.5%, of the Columbia, Ind., bank holding company.
