Indiana Bond Bank defeases 2009D Clark Memorial special program bonds

Norfolk, Va., Aug. 17 – The Indiana Bond Bank defeased its series 2009D special program bonds issued for the Clark Memorial Hospital project, according to a notice.

The following will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Feb. 1, 2019:

• $1.02 million of 5% bonds due Aug. 1, 2015;

• $1,045,000 of 4% bonds due Feb. 1, 2016;

• $1,065,000 of 5% bonds due Aug. 1, 2016;

• $1,095,000 of 5% bonds due Feb. 1, 2017;

• $1.12 million of 5% bonds due Aug. 1, 2017;

• $1.15 million of 4% bonds due Feb. 1, 2018;

• $1.17 million of 5% bonds due Aug. 1, 2018;

• $1.2 million of 5% bonds due Feb. 1, 2019;

• $1.23 million of 5% bonds due Aug. 1, 2019;

• $2.56 million of 4.5% bonds due Aug. 1, 2020;

• $8,445,000 of 5% bonds due Aug. 1, 2023;

• $13 million of 5.5% bonds due Aug. 1, 2029; and

• $8,335,000 of 5% bonds due Aug. 1, 2029.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
