Fitch: Indian Oil notes BBB-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned Indian Oil Corp. Ltd.'s proposed dollar-denominated notes an expected rating of BBB-(EXP).

The notes are rated at the same level as Indian Oil's issuer default rating of BBB- as they will constitute direct, unconditional, unsubordinated and unsecured obligations of the company.
