Impac Mortgage reschedules meeting for series B preferreds

By William Gullotti

Buffalo, N.Y., Nov. 24 – Impac Mortgage Holdings, Inc. was forced to push back the special virtual meeting for holders of its 9.375% series B cumulative redeemable preferred shares, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Wednesday.

The meeting, first scheduled for Oct. 13, was called to elect two company directors. Due to lack of quorum, the meeting was adjourned and postponed to Nov. 23.

For the same reasons, the special virtual meeting was forced to adjourn until 12 p.m. ET on Jan. 6.

The registration deadline is 11:59 p.m. ET on Jan. 3.

Impac is an Irvine, Calif. mortgage and warehouse lender.
