Illinois State Toll Highway defeases $350 million of 2008B 5.5% bonds

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 14 – The Illinois State Toll Highway Authority defeased $350 million of 5.5% senior priority revenue bonds, series 2008B, according to a notice.

The bonds have a maturity date of Jan. 1, 2033. They will be redeemed on Jan. 1, 2018 at par plus accrued interest through the redemption date.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA, is the trustee.
