Chicago, Sept. 17 – American Money Management Corp. refinanced one of its classes of notes, according to a market source.
The $30 million of class A-2-R3 senior secured 1.83% fixed-rate notes due 2031 were originally issued by AMMC CLO XI, Ltd.
Proceeds will be used to redeem in full the notes which were previously refinanced on April 30, 2018.
SG America Securities LLC is the underwriter for the CLO.
The notes are mostly collateralized by broadly syndicated senior secured corporate loans.
American Money Management is a Cincinnati-based firm and subsidiary of insurance holding company American Financial Group, Inc.
