American Financial offers senior notes via three bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., March 26 – American Financial Group, Inc. plans to issue dollar-denominated senior notes, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes have a make-whole call and then a par call.

BofA Securities, Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

American Financial Group is a Cincinnati-based holding company for property and casualty insurance subsidiaries.
