American Express Credit eyeing sale of senior notes

Virginia Beach, Sept. 18 – American Express Credit Corp. is planning to price an offering of medium-term senior notes, series E, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Barclays, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. are the bookrunners.

American Express is a New York-based financial services company.
