New Issue: Public Service Co. of Oklahoma sells senior notes totaling $150 million

Charlotte, N.C., July 28 – Public Service Co. of Oklahoma, a subsidiary of American Electric Power Co., Inc., issued in July $50 million of 3.05% senior unsecured notes due in 2026 and $100 million of 4.11% senior unsecured notes due in 2046.

American Electric Power, a Columbus, Ohio-based electricity provider, noted the placement in a form 10-Q filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Thursday.
