Bares Capital says it has 10.26% passive stake in American Dental

Philadelphia, Dec. 22 - Bares Capital Management, Inc. reported an equity investment of 10.26% in American Dental Partners, Inc. as of Dec. 11, according to an SC 13G filing.

That represents a passive stake of 1,323,912 shares.

American Dental is a Wakefield, Mass.-based provider of dental facilities, support staff and business services to multidisciplinary dental group practices.
