Hyundai Capital Services talks $300 million five-year notes at mid-swaps plus 65-70 bps

St. Louis, Nov. 15 - Hyundai Capital Services Inc. talked its $300 million offering of five-year notes at mid-swaps plus 65 to 70 basis points on Tuesday, according to a syndicate source.

The offering is expected to price Wednesday.

JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch and UBS Investment Bank are managing the Regulation S offering.

The Seoul-based provider of credit financial services, owned by car maker Hyundai Motors, will use the proceeds for general working capital purposes.

Moody's Investors Service assigns its Baa3 rating to the notes. Standard & Poor's rates the notes BBB.
