New Issue: Korea's Hyundai Capital Services prices $400 million 5 5/8% five-year notes at mid-swaps plus 58 bps

St. Louis, Jan. 19 - Hyundai Capital Services, the financial services unit of South Korea's Hyundai Kia Automotive Group, priced a $400 million issue of 5 5/8% five-year senior notes (Baa2/BBB) at a 58 basis point spread to mid-swaps on Thursday, according to an informed source.
Barclays Capital, Deutsche Bank Securities, Citigroup, JP Morgan and UBS were the lead managers for the Regulation S issue.
