Fitch rates Hyundai Card notes BBB+

Fitch Ratings said it assigned an expected BBB+ rating to Hyundai Card Co. Ltd.’s planned senior unsecured notes.

“The expected rating assigned to the proposed senior unsecured notes issued by HCC is in line with its long-term issuer default rating (IDR) of BBB+, as the notes constitute direct, general and unconditional obligations of HCC and will rank pari passu with all other present and future unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of HCC,” Fitch said in a statement.

The outlook is stable.
