New Issue: Hyundai Capital prices $500 million 3½% notes due 2017 at Treasuries plus 275 bps

Columbus, Ohio, March 7 - Hyundai Capital Services Inc. priced a $500 million issue of 3½% senior notes due 2017 (Baa2/BBB+/) at Treasuries plus 275 basis points on Tuesday, according to a market source.

The Regulation S notes priced at 99.629 to yield 3.575%.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch, BNP and JPMorgan were the bookrunners.
