Chicago, Jan. 30 – Hyundai Capital Services, Inc. priced $1 billion of notes in two parts on Monday, according to a market source.
Both notes have a 5 1/8% coupon. The tenors of the notes are three years and five years.
Talk on the three-year tranche started in the 145 basis points area, with pricing coming at Treasuries plus 110 bps.
For the five-year notes, talk started in the 155 bps area and pricing came at Treasuries plus 120 bps.
BNP Paribas, Citigroup, Mizuho, MUFG and Societe Generale were the bookrunners.
Hyundai Capital is a Seoul-based firm that manages financial services for Hyundai Kia Automotive Group.
