Hyundai Capital America to price notes due 2024, 2026, 2028

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 5 – Hyundai Capital America intends to sell notes in three tranches, according to a market source.

The notes will include maturities due Jan. 8, 2024 talked with a yield in the 95 basis points area over Treasuries, notes due Jan. 8, 2026 talked in the 120 bps area over Treasuries and notes due Jan. 10, 2028 with spread talk in the 140 bps area.

BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Lloyds Securities Inc., MUFG and SMBC Nikko Securities America Inc. are the bookrunners.

Hyundai Capital America is an Irvine, Calif.-based auto financing arm of the Hyundai Motor Co.
