Korea's Hynix Semiconductor plans roadshow for $750 million of seven-, 10-year bonds

New York, June 10 - Hynix Semiconductor Inc. plans to hold a roadshow for a $750 million dual-tranche offering of seven- and 10-year bonds (/B+) during the week of June 13, according to a market source.

The roadshow is slated to start in Asia on Monday and Tuesday, in London on Wednesday and then in the United States on Thursday.

Proceeds from the sale will be used to repay bank debt.

Citigroup, Deutsche Bank Securities, UBS Investment Bank and Merrill Lynch & Co. are running the Rule 144A/Regulation S offering, which has registrations rights.

Hynix, based in Seoul, is a semiconductor company.
