Atlanta, July 22 – Singapore’s Hyflux Ltd. sold S$175 million perpetual notes at par to yield 4.8%, according to a company announcement.
Credit Suisse was the bookrunner for the Regulation S deal.
The proceeds will be used for investments, general working capital and general corporate purposes.
Hyflux is a Singapore environmental services company.
