Eden Springs to redeem floating-rate notes, 8% notes in full on Aug. 3

Tacoma, Wash., Aug. 2 – Eden Springs will redeem all of the floating-rate senior secured notes due 2019 and 8% senior secured notes due 2019 issued by Hydra Dutch Holdings 2 BV, according to a company notice.

The redemption date is Aug. 3.

The redemption amount is €175,481,250 for the floating-rate notes and €135,189,271.98 for the 8% notes.

The issuer originally issued €210 million of the floaters and €160 million of the 8% notes.

The issuer issued a conditional call for the notes on June 16. The acquisition condition was satisfied on Aug. 2 when Eden Springs was acquired by Cott Corp.

Eden Springs is a Preverenges, Switzerland-based provider of water and coffee. Cott is a beverage company based in Toronto and Tampa, Fla.
