Hydra Dutch issues call for €34.9 million of 8% secured notes due 2019

Chicago, Nov. 3 – Hydra Dutch Holdings 2 BV said it issued a call for €34.9 million of its €160 million 8% senior secured notes due 2019.

The notes will be redeemed at 101% of par plus accrued interest to but excluding the redemption date of Nov. 9.

After settlement, there will be €125.1 million of the notes left outstanding.

The notes are being called under the Polish special mandatory redemption terms of the notes indenture, according to a company notice.

The Polish NWDE closing date has not taken place by the final escrow longstop date in accordance with the indenture, the company said.

Wilmington Trust, NA is the trustee. Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch is the paying agent, and Rabobank International is the security agent.
