Des Moines, Sept. 28 - Hyder Consulting plc arranged a private placement for £7.8 million.
The company sold 2,569,255 shares to institutional and other investors for 305p each.
Brewin Dolphin Securities Ltd. is the placement agent.
Proceeds will be used for acquisitions, especially in Germany and Hong Kong.
Hyder is an engineering consulting firm with headquarters in London.
