Hyatt Hotels calls all $250 million outstanding 3.875% notes due 2016

Columbus, Ohio, March 15 – Hyatt Hotels Corp. called all $250 million of its outstanding 3.875% senior notes due 2016 for redemption on April 11, according to an 8-K filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The redemption price of $254,006,833.87 is equal to par plus accrued interest to the redemption date, plus interest, discounted on a semiannual basis at the Treasury rate plus 50 basis points, from the redemption date to Aug. 15.

Chicago-based Hyatt Hotels operates full service hotels, resorts and residential and vacation properties.
