Moody's: Hyatt unaffected

Moody's Investors Service said that Hyatt Hotels Corp.'s current Baa2 rating and stable outlook are unaffected by its announcement of a strategic realignment of corporate and regional operations.

These announcements demonstrate that the company continues to step up its growth plans and is willing to use its balance sheet to support this effort, which adds risk to the company's credit profile, the agency said.
