New York, March 6 - Hutchison Whampoa Ltd. priced $1.5 billion of 10-year senior unsecured bonds (A3/A-/A-) at a spread of Treasuries plus 475 basis points, according to a market source.
The bonds priced in line with talk and came to market at 99.676 with a coupon of 7 5/8% to yield 7.672%.
Deutsche Bank, HSBC and JPMorgan acted as bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.
Hutchison Whampoa is a Hong Kong-based infrastructure conglomerate.
