Fitch: Hutchison notes at A-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned Hutchison Whampoa International (11) Ltd.'s $500 million of five-year notes and $1 billion of 10-year notes final ratings of A-.

The notes are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Hutchison Whampoa Ltd. (A-/stable/F2), the agency added.

Fitch stated that the final ratings are in line with the expected ratings assigned earlier in the month.
