Hurricane Hydrocarbons $100 million notes talked in 10¼% area, pricing Monday

St. Louis, Jan. 30 - Price talk of 10¼% area emerged Thursday on Hurricane Hydrocarbons' Rule 144A offering of a minimum of $100 million senior notes with a five or seven year maturity (B1/B+), according to a syndicate source.

The deal figures to price Monday, the source added.

JP Morgan is the bookrunner is the on the bullets.

Proceeds will be used for capital expenses and for general corporate purposes.

The issuer is an integrated energy exploration and production company active in Kazakhstan.
