Millenco sells shares of American Community Newspapers, keeps 15.6% stake

Charlotte, N.C., July 26 - American Community Newspapers Inc. investors led by Millenco, LLC sold 213,700 shares of the company's stock between July 18 and July 25, priced from $0.44 to $5.02 per share.

Millenco owns 2,691,200 shares, or 15.6%, of the Dallas newspaper publishing company.
