By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, Dec. 2 - Huntsman International LLC issued price talk Thursday on its $350 million offering of 10-year non-call-five senior subordinated notes, according to an informed source.

Talk on the dollar-denominated notes is the 7¼% area, and talk on the euro-denominated notes is 7¼% to 7½%. Tranche sizes remain to be determined.

Pricing is expected on Friday.

Deutsche Bank Securities and Credit Suisse First Boston are joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A/Regulation S offering.

Proceeds will be used to redeem part of the Salt Lake City petrochemical company's outstanding 10 1/8% senior subordinated notes due 2009.
