St. Louis, June 7 - Huntsman LLC will begin a roadshow Tuesday for a $400 million offering of eight-year senior notes (B3/CCC+), a syndicate source said.

Pricing is expected to take place during the week of June 14.

Credit Suisse First Boston, JP Morgan, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank Securities and UBS Investment Bank will be joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A offering. Merrill Lynch & Co. is co-manager.

The notes will come with four years of call protection.
