Chicago, Nov. 15 – Huntington National Bank priced $2 billion of notes in two parts on Monday, according to information from a market source.
The bank sold $1.1 billion of 5.699% three-year notes at a spread of 130 basis points over Treasuries.
A second tranche priced as $900 million of 5.65% seven-year notes at 175 bps over Treasuries.
Huntington National Bank is part of Columbus, Ohio-based bank holding company Huntington Bancshares Inc.
