Hungarian Development Bank talks seven-year notes at 440 bps area

Atlanta, Sept. 19 - Hungarian Development Bank set talk in the mid-swaps plus 440 basis points area for its upcoming issue of benchmark-sized dollar-denominated notes due in seven years, a market source said.

Citigroup, Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering.

The notes are expected to price on Thursday.
