Fitch gives BBB to Humana notes
Fitch Ratings said it gave a BBB rating to Humana Inc.'s new senior unsecured notes.
The rating is equivalent to the ratings on Humana’s outstanding senior unsecured notes.
The proceeds are expected to be used for general corporate purposes, which may include repaying debt.
The outlook is stable.
