Humana to sell notes in two tranches via three bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., March 23 – Humana Inc. is expected to price fixed-rate senior notes in two tranches, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes feature a make-whole call and then a par call.

Bookrunners are BofA Securities, Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including debt repayment.

The health care and insurance company is based in Louisville, Ky.
