Huhtamaki accepts €50.32 million of tendered 1 5/8% notes due 2024

Los Angeles, Nov. 21 – Huhtamaki Oyj announced the final results of its Nov. 13 tender offer for up to €50 million of its €150 million 1 5/8% notes due Oct. 4, 2024 (ISIN: FI4000282801).

Holders tendered a total of €61,153,000 of the notes, according to a Tuesday press release.

The company said it will accept for purchase €50,316,000 of the tendered notes, subject to a proration factor of 80.2%.

The company will purchase the notes at €979.50 per €1,000 in nominal amount of the notes plus accrued interest.

The offer expired at 9 a.m. ET on Nov. 21. Settlement is expected to be on Nov. 24.

The company announced on Tuesday that the offer’s new issue condition has been met.
