Hughes Network Systems to repay term debt with bond proceeds

New York, March 29 - Hughes Network Systems LLC plans to repay term loan borrowings using proceeds from a proposed $375 million senior notes offering, according to a company news release.

In addition, the company plans to amend and restate its $50 million revolving credit facility in connection with the transaction.

Hughes Network is a Germantown, Md.-based provider of broadband satellite network equipment.
