Hughes Network $325 million eight-year notes talked 9¾%-10%, to price Thursday

St. Louis, April 13 - Hughes Network Systems LLC's $325 million offering of eight-year senior notes is talked to yield 9¾% to 10%, according to a market source.

Pricing is expected Thursday afternoon.

The notes will be non-callable for four years.

JP Morgan and Bear Stearns are joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A with registration rights offering.

Proceeds will be used to help fund the buyout of SkyTerra Communications Inc.

Hughes Network Systems is a provider of broadband satellite networks and services, with headquarters in Germantown, Md.
