Moody's: Hughes Network unaffected

Moody's Investors Service said Hughes Network Systems, LLC's B1 corporate family and probability-of-default rating are unaffected by the announcement that EchoStar Corp. will acquire HNS' parent company, Hughes Communications, Inc., for about $2 billion including debt, which is expected to be refinanced.
