S&P: Hughes Communications outlook positive
Standard & Poor's said it revised its outlook on Hughes Communications Inc. to positive from stable.
The agency added that the ratings on the company, including the B corporate credit rating, were affirmed.
"The outlook change is due to strong, double-digit EBITDA growth, which has resulted in adjusted leverage improving to 4.7x (from 5.4x as of the June 2009 quarter), with its expectations for further improvement to about 4x by the end of 2010," said S&P credit analyst Naveen Sarma.
