Hub International to launch amendment and extension offer on Friday

New York, April 12 - Hub International Ltd. is scheduled to hold a conference call at 11 a.m. ET on Friday to launch an amendment and extension proposal, according to a market source.

The call is for existing senior secured term loan lenders, the source said.

Full details on the amendment and extension will be released on the call, the source added.

Morgan Stanley Senior Funding Inc. is the lead bank on the deal.

Hub is a Chicago-based insurance company.
