HUB International to repay revolver drawings with notes, cash

New York, May 13 – HUB International Ltd. plans to repay borrowings under its revolving credit facilities using proceeds from a $350 million add-on senior notes offering and cash on hand, according to a market source.

HUB is a Chicago-based insurance brokerage.
