Moody’s revises Hubbell to negative

Moody's Investors Service said it changed Hubbell Inc.’s outlook to negative from stable and affirmed its existing ratings, including the senior unsecured at A3 and short-term rating at Prime-2.

Moody’s said the outlook change reflects both its expectation for further deterioration in the end markets and company-specific actions that could result in financial metrics at levels that were previously established as having downward rating pressure.
