Moody’s gives Hubbell notes Baa1

Moody’s Investors Service said it assigned a Baa1 rating to Hubbell Inc.’s new senior unsecured notes due 2031.

The issuance does not affect Hubbell’s other ratings, including the Baa1 senior unsecured rating, Moody’s said.

The outlook is stable.
