Moody's: American Casino notes B3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a B3 rating to American Casino & Entertainment Properties LLC's proposed $310 million guaranteed senior secured notes due 2019.

The B3 corporate family and probability of default ratings and B3 senior secured notes rating were affirmed.

American Casino has a negative outlook and an SGL-3 speculative grade liquidity rating.

The B3 rating on the proposed senior secured notes considers that it will reflect a preponderance of American Casino's debt capital structure, Moody's said.
